Creating a custom itinerary that aligns with your travel desires is a detailed and time-intensive process, typically requiring an average of 20 hours from our initial discussion to your trip’s conclusion. To compensate for this time investment and the extensive knowledge we bring to the planning process, we do charge an upfront, non-refundable Trip Curation Fee.

4. Booking, Payments and Management
Once the itinerary is finalized, we handle all booking arrangements, including accommodations, exclusive experiences, and transportation. We handle collecting payments, handling currency exchange, paying vendors and/or providing your payment details to the vendors. Our extensive network of trusted partners ensures exceptional quality and service.
5. Concierge Services
Beyond standard arrangements, we offer additional services such as dining reservations, spa appointments, train, ferry and event tickets to enhance your travel experience.
6. Personalized Preferences
We communicate your specific preferences to all service providers, ensuring personalized attention throughout your journey. From room settings to dietary requirements, and milestone celebrations, every detail is considered. Our connections provide access to exclusive opportunities tailored to your interests.
