Fee Details
Trip Curation Fee
Creating a custom itinerary that aligns with your travel desires is a detailed and time-intensive process, typically requiring an average of 20 hours from our initial discussion to your trip’s conclusion. To compensate for this time investment and the extensive knowledge we bring to the planning process, we charge an upfront, non-refundable $600 Customized Trip Curation Fee per trip for up to 2 people. Additional travellers on the same booking incur a cost of $100 each. We will provide you with a secure payment link where you will pay this fee.
This fee covers:
- Our initial consultation with you to understand your trip goals.
- Researching and crafting your bespoke itinerary and providing a customized proposal (up to 3
proposals per trip). - Booking and managing all trip operations including collecting payments, making payments to
multiple vendors, securing confirmations and tickets - Preparing detailed daily itineraries and documents
- Itinerary, destination information and tickets provided via a sophisticated digital app
- Assisting with visa information/applications
- Providing destination information, packing lists, vaccination and medical information, tipping guidelines and more
- Reconfirming travel arrangements
- Pre-trip and post-trip briefings
- 24/7 Support while you are travelling
Trip Curation Complex Trip Excess Fee
While most trips stay within the 20 hours of time investment included in the Trip Curation Fee, for more complex trips, additional time may be required. This additional time is charged at $150 per hour. Rest assured, we will notify you in advance if it looks like your trip will exceed 20 hours of planning time, so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
Last Minute Booking Fee Supplement
A $350 per trip supplement applies to any multi-destination booking made within 30 days of departure. This is in addition to the Trip Curation Fee.
Booking Cancellation Fee
In the event that you must cancel your booking, a $350 Cancellation Penalty will be charged. This is in addition to any penalties charged by the Vendors.
Concierge Service Fees
Momenti Travel coordinates services such as dining reservations, spa appointments, train, ferry and event tickets with the hotel concierges and our local partners. In the instance where Momenti Travel must research and book these services directly, we charge a Concierge Fee of $150 fee per hour. This fee is in addition to any service fees charged by the vendors.

Airline Bookings
While we do not directly book flights, we are happy to coordinate flights through our trusted airline consolidator partners. Our ticketing partners offer around-the-clock support to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible. We do not arrange flight-only bookings. All flight bookings are handled in conjunction with land or cruise arrangements.

Travel & Medical Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel and medical insurance to cover your travel investment. For some vendors and destinations, it is mandatory for you to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Momenti Travel or our insurance broker can provide you with a quotation.

While you’re traveling, you’ll have access to a complimentary, easy-to-use digital itinerary app, offering paper-less convenience.
